§ 2-a. Power of mayor and vice-mayor to fix bail, etc.

The mayor of the town, or in his absence or inability to perform, the vice-mayor, in addition to the powers heretofore granted them, shall have power to fix bail, take bonds and pass upon the qualifications of sureties thereto in all trials for violations of ordinances of the Town of Wytheville.
