§ 4. Contracts and obligations validated.

Latest version.

All contracts and obligations heretofore made by the council of the Town of Wytheville, while in office, not inconsistent with this charter, or the constitution, or the general laws of this state, shall be, and are hereby declared to be, valid and legal.
