§ 9-a. Statutory powers of town.

The powers set forth in sections 15.1-837 through 15.1-907, inclusive, of Chapter 18 of Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia [§ 15.2-1100 et seq.], as in force on July one, nineteen hundred seventy-eight, and all other powers which are now or may be conferred upon or delegated to towns under the constitution and laws of the commonwealth are hereby specifically conferred on and vested in the town of Wytheville, and no enumeration of particular powers in the Charter shall be held to be exclusive but shall be in addition to and supplement general grant[s] of powers.
